Individual elements for the project are created with clear and colored sheet glass. These elements are then fired, becoming one solid piece of glass.

These glass blocks will be sawn into cross sections and groundto a smooth surface. These pieces, along with the pre-fired frit, and powders and stringers, are the building blocks for projects.

The elements are laid out on a base layer of glass and fired to fuse them all together. This piece may then go back to the cold shop for grinding to shape, and polishing as needed before the final firing.

During the last firing, the glass, laid upon a mold, is fired just to the point where it will sag and acquire it's shape.
